Clan recruitment has evolved a lot over the years. What began with news board postings and IRC channel hangouts, became forum posts which in turn became social networking. These days though, if you want to attract the top talent, you're going to need a recruitment video, as the guys of the Los Demonios crew have done, really setting the bar for other GTA gangs that want to flesh out their roster with new blood.
If this got you all excited to play, bear in mind that this is an Xbox only clan, so you'll need Microsoft's latest console if you want to join in, however there are ranks to pass through, jbos that need doing and even some real serious story telling that has to be respected, even if it is all a game.
