Youtube Red is Youtube's new subscription based content delivery service and to kick things off, it's going to have a reality show based around its most subscribed video maker, Pewdiepie. Because of course it is.
The show, entitled Scare Pewdiepie, will involve the eponymous Swede taking part in real-life horror experiences, like haunted houses, zombie survival runs and other scary scenarios, some of which will be inspired by the games he's played throughout his career as a let's player.
The show is being put together by a joint effort of Skybound - the Robert Kirkman founded venture behind the Walking Dead comics - and Maker Studios, the Disney owned collective behind online successes like Epic Rap Battles of History. Some footage from the show can be seen in the trailer for its release, which as you might expect, features a lot of Pewdiepie screaming in his indomitable fashion.
Youtube Red will be launching next week, but the Pewdiepie show won't be available to purchase or stream until sometime in 2016.
