For some reason or another, it looks like Konami has been doing nothing lately but finding more ways to offend or disappoint its fans.
Over the last few weeks, Konami kicked off renowned Metal Gear Solid game director, Hideo Kojima, for no apparent reason and canceled the highly anticipated Silent Hills.
This week however, the official Konami Twitter account teased that "The 80's is coming" along with a "Metal Gear Solid – The 1984 Collection" retro-styled logo. Needless to say, most fans expected this to usher the digital release of Metal Gear classic titles, but they were wrong.
