Valve has made Steam very enticing for gamers as it is offering a free Day of Defeat: Source weekend starting 1:00 PM PST this Friday July 7 and completing on 1:00 PM PST on Monday July 10.
Day of Defeat: Source is the latest version of the WWII online action game from Valve. This weekend, everyone is invited to try DoD: Source for free. Join the ranks as Axis or Allies troops located in Western Europe during the height of the war in 1944.
All you need to do is install Steam, create an account and enjoy the game. It is not certain how Valve's servers will cope with the demand but it is more than likely that you will be able to gain more than just a few hours of gaming out of this offer.
