Invincibility
Pause the game then press L2 R2 L2 L2 L2 R2 R2 R2 Circle Triangle Square Circle Triangle Square. If done correctly you'll hear a chime. When you unpause the game you'll now be a skeleton. To revert back to a ninja just pause the reenter the code above.
Level Select
Remove your memory card before you turn on your PlayStation. When it says "Checking Memory Card=" quickly press L2 L2 L2 R2 R2 R2. If done correctly the words "DELS LEVEL CHEAT ON" will appear on screen. Now start a new game to access the level select menu.
All Weapons
During gameplay press R2 R2 R2 L2 L2 L2 R2 R2 R2 L2 L2 L2 L2 L2 L2. This will give you a weapon just repeat to get all the weapons.

Big Head Mode
At the Title screen when Press Start is flashing press Select Select Select L2 L2 L2 Select Select Select.
Weaker Boss
Pause gameplay during a fight with a Boss and press L2 L2 L2 R2 R2 R2 Triangle6x.
Big Heads Hands Feet
At the Title screen when Press Start flashes press Select Select Select L2 L2 L2 Select Select Select.
Big Heads Hands Feet Invincibility
Pause gameplay and press L2 R2 L2 L2 L2 R2 R2 R2 Circle Triangle Square Circle Triangle Square. Pause gameplay again and select Quit Game. At the Title screen when Press Start flashes press Select Select Select L2 L2 L2 Select Select Select.
