Unlock New Game+ Mode:
To unlock this feature you must first successfully complete the game and save it. Then while highlighting the saved game press 'Left' or 'Right' to start in New Game+ mode, when done correctly the saved game will turn yellow as confirmation. In New Game+ mode you will start with the sword, armour, ring, and money with stronger enemies and harder stages.
